Windows 10 includes a load of new built-in apps created by Microsoft, and while they are very useful apps, you may not use them all. You probably already tried going to Apps & features in the Settings app only to find out that they are not listed and you can’t uninstall the default apps.
10AppsManager is a standalone utility that is designed to help you uninstall many of those Windows 10 default built-in Store apps that come bundle with the operating system. The utility created by The Windows Club is free and easy to use, as it automates the entire process.
Although, 10AppsManager is really easy to use, there are a few things you need to do and keep in mind.
Uninstall default Windows 10 apps
- Download 10AppsManager and extract the zip folder. (It’s a standalone software, so you don’t need to install anything.)
- Create a full system backup or create a system restore point (Cortana > Create System Restore Point > Create).
- When you’re ready double-click the 10AppsManager.exe file to start the utility, then just simply choose which app you want to uninstall, click it and confirm the action.
The utility supports the following apps: 3D Builder, Alarms, Calculator, Camera, Movie & TV, Get Office, Get Skype, Get Started, Mail and Calendar, Maps, Money, Music, News, OneNote, People, Phone Companion, Photos, Solitaire, Sports, Store, Voice Recorder, Weather, Xbox.

Note that if you ever want to reinstall the apps you can by clicking the Reinstall button and following the instructions, but the utility will reinstall all the apps, you can’t just reinstall one app at a time.
