- Log in to your account for your platform (PS4, Xbox, Steam, etc.) in the window that pops up. Provide your user name, password, and any other requested information.
- Select Link Existing Profile and log in to your Bungie.net account, or select Create New Profile and set up a new Bungie account.

What Transfers Cross-Platform in Destiny 2?
Now you’ll have access to your characters, gear, weapons, and loot on every platform you have linked to your Bungie account. When your game is saved on one platform, it’s automatically reflected on the other platforms.

While you can use gear from expansion packs you haven’t purchased for a specific platform, season passes and other DLC expansions are platform-exclusive. In other words, if you want to play the Shadowkeep expansion pack on PC and consoles, you’ll have to purchase it separately for each platform.
It’s important to note that cross-save doesn’t merge accounts together. Only one Destiny 2 account can be linked across platforms. To retrieve Guardians and data from other platforms, you must return to the Bungie Cross-Save website and disable cross-save.
What to Do if Destiny 2 Cross-Save Is Not Working
If you have trouble setting up cross-save on Bungie.net, try these fixes:
Once you disable cross-save, you won’t be able to reactivate it for 90 days. Cross-save can’t be deactivated within 90 days of purchasing silver.
Clear your browser’s cache. This process will delete any outdated temporary files that could interfere with the website.
Use your browser’s incognito mode. If you’re having trouble authenticating your accounts, try completing this step in incognito mode.
