Google I/O is happening this week, and today, May 18, 2016, the company will kick off the event at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California, and everyone is invited to watch the live stream.
If you’ve watched Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) or Microsoft’s Build, you may have a pretty good idea of what this event is all about. Google I/O is also a developer conference and the time when the company is likely to unveil new projects and new products.
The keynote is expected to start at 1:00 PM ET, and you can watch the live stream with the YouTube player embedded above.
In I/O 2016, Google is expected to talk about Android N, the future of the Chrome OS for laptops, Android VR, and Android Wear. We may also get the chance to see what’s the company’s plans bots, where users can interact with online services via text messages without the need of human interaction on the service side.
